We had a very nice Case Manager (Dylan) who was great. He would communicate with us in a very professional but friendly manner. His responses were prompt and results were timely. Thanks EICARE.
My mum has been using the service for more than 2 years, The staff they send are nice and doing a good job. Office has provide us useful information about the best services to suit my mum. And use her level 4 package efficiently. I will recommend the service to all my friends in need.

I just want to share a story of my dad whom EICARE have been looking after for many year, recently he has suffered a stroke and lost some mobility on the left side of his body, the hospital discharged him but warned us he might never get his full mobility back considering his age. My parents both are on level 4. We will be transferring to another carer provider by the end of next week. I am doing it quietly, but the service is getting worse. Today is the last food delivery. Usually, it arrives at 11 am, but nothing has arrived yet, and I haven't heard from the Eicare management team. Another three big reasons for transferring are: 1. the service fee is still being charged at 30% even though the government is going to force to 10% in November 2. the financial data has been provided 2 months in arrears ... read more
