We resentally had a power supply and spindle drive repaired. All they did was clean the units and sent back. units still did not work. After a hand full of times shipping back and forth. The problem was due to they installed the wrong cooling fans. Now the units work but this was not worth the machine down time. I will not send another unit to them.
I give 1 star because it won’t go any lower, sent a Fluke multimeter for repair per their advertisement, and the unit was returned unrepairable, actually returned in worse condition then when it was sent. Tech broke battery ground lug and actually tried to solder it in repair. Now the screen won’t even light up so my meter that cost me over $1400.00 is now junk! But “let’s talk about replacement unit” nope, not after seeing what I saw returned to me. BTW, the grounding lug is spring steel and can’t be repaired by solder, as... read more
