First Class Service & Product. I've had a few VW Vans (Transporter + Multivan + California) and the ongoing problem of VW springs not being up to the task has been well known. Looking at the German & European market Eibach came up over and over again. After a few phone calls locally I found the Australian subsiduary and recieved service above & beyond. Supplied the incorrect lowering springs, then could not care less about helping to remedy the issue, simply stating “but they fit”. Ignored follow-up correspondence. Do not deal with these guys!
