Waterbury Carditric Assoicates When I can get in with the Dr. I have a positive experience. He seems knowledgeable, experienced and came recommended by others. Unfortunately, I feel the Doctors are only as good as their office staff, of which majority are not very competent. I have been yelled at and belittle by his staff, they have failed to send referral info after I witnessed the Dr. instructing 3 staff to have files sent. Love the doctors! Absolutely love the doctors in this practice. Office has turned into a huge practice though and doesn't leave time for a lot of one on one time. Long waits. Staff needs a little help with being concerned and compassionate. But doctors are very skilled and are definitely worth the wait.
