I enquired about obtaining a spare PUMPSPY outlet and EHS Sales were very prompt with their response. The device has gone way up in price so I decided not to pursue the purchase, but will definitely reach out to them if my current PUMPSPY ever dies. I use the PUMPSPY to monitor my remote sump pump and it paid off recently when my drain line froze. I got an alert that my sump pump was running long then normal.
