The Tri-annual service has been wonderful. Having Erlich follow through with a whole house inspection has been completely unsatisfactory! There is no way to contact the local office, and the call center (who you get when you call the local office) has no way to find out why the inspector has not shown. I expected much better service for the $69 we pay each month! This is the 2nd attempt to schedule this. For Erlich: the ticket number is ABK90446
Deon is amazing. He explained everything, he did a great inspection, and was very friendly. We are relieved with his assessment.
