I was really shocked at the ill treatment I received’d after my inspection. A young lady by the name of Ashley came out to do the inspection. She was so nice , we had conversation, she told me her findings etc. I stressed to her how I’m terrified after seeing the bat in my attic. I asked her how soon can someone come out ti start. She said once I sign the paperwork they can have someone out in a day or 2 . I reached out to her again sending her snaps of the paper work . No response which was the same day. DO NOT USE EHRLICH!! Ehrlich Pest Control did not do as asked when they finally came out. The technician was on his phone for the entire job. For the service (not) provided, way overpriced! GO ELSEWHERE FOR PEST ISSUES

I am a both a commercial and residential customer of Ehrlich and a commercial customer of Terminix and would not recommend either anymore. More to the point, I would say FIND ANOTHER VENDOR! I have been dissatisfied with Terminix since they made it impossible to connect with their local office a few years ago. Ehrlich used to be great until they were merged with Terminix. I have been receiving services for going on 2 years now and can definitely speak to their worth. Our regular technician, Christie, is absolutely wonderful in addressing any problem areas and educating us on what to look out for. I worked with Mark Polyak who was very informative and responsive to get my service scheduled and set up. He was reassuring and knowledgeable around the service and efficiency.
