Absolute joke of a company. 0/5 if it was possible. Had an appointment on 8/20 between 3-4:30. Technician messaged me at 4:24 saying they were on their way, then never showed up. I called to complain around 6:15 and they rescheduled the appointment for 8/21 between 3-4:30. Technician again, never showed up and never even sent a message. I once again called to complain, and they said the appointment would be the NEXT day again, 8/22, meaning I would have had to leave work early on a third consecutive day.
