My house just finished the second of the first two starting treatments for general insects and vermin. I have had the same tech twice (Will) and he was always informative and prepared for any situation. He made sure I knew what to expect from the treatments and what to look for afterwards. Service gets top marks. If I had a negative thing to say, it would be about scheduling. Benjamin came out to the house because Kyle was unavailable. I was really stressed because I thought there were roaches coming into the house, but thankfully, that was not the case. It turns out some type of beetles that look like roaches were coming into the house. Not that I was happy about the Beatles, but I was relieved it wasn’t roaches.
