I had a horrible experience with this company. They took liberties that they are not entitled to. First of all, my husband called them for an estimate. What they did was come to our home, set traps without permission and then proceeded to charge my credit card without authorization that they had used a year prior. That is theft! You do not charge a person’s credit card without them authorizing the payment.
