I’m so thoroughly disappointed in Ehrlich. My fiancé and I have had absolutely nothing but issues since we started using them. When we first signed up for both pest control and termite surveillance we were lied to about their policies and prices. We were blindsided. We called multiple times to try and be explained the pricing we were being charged and that it was extremely different from what we were quoted… we have been hung up on, ignored, and pushed off. We have been using Ehrlich for so long I can’t remember what year we started. Our technician is always Trent from Pottsville thankfully because he’s more like family now. We trust him. Our house is surrounded by trees and we need him to help us feel protected. So thankful for Ehrlich/Trent!
