Horrible company, don’t come through on obligations. Don’t show up when scheduled. Don’t stand by their services. Techs don’t seem to have a clue when answering questions, constant rate increases.
Service tech Vinnie goes above and beyond to provide good service. He is responsive and trustworthy to have in our home!!!
Vinnie from Ehrlich is the best! He knows I'm allergic to bees, and is always prompt to come out and take care of any issues. Recently we had yellow jackets attacking us when we'd walk out the front door. I contacted Vinnie, and I kid you not, he was at my house in less than 10 minutes, bee suit and all. No other pest control company would provide this level of service! I'm grateful my home is not just a stop on his account, but is treated with importance.
Called in my card to be put on autopay at least 3 times. Always was told I am good to go. Always telling them that they still have not charged me. Now I have been sent to collections and my account shut down. Stay away from here. Clearly very disorganized if they are sending customers who are trying to pay to collections.
