Fred and Melissa Goodspeed Or absolutely amazing. They were very prompt very very professional. This was a very difficult time and Fred was absolutely amazing at making me feel comfortable and dealing with the situation we had to deal with. We love the protection we receive with Ehrlich. Our service tech Paul Strauskulage is friendly, thorough and answers any questions we have. With year round service we don’t usually have any issues but when we do he takes care of it right away.

Save yourself over $600 dollars & just buy your own traps & bait stations. Our neighbor's chicken coop brought in some rats; we managed to catch 2 in our own traps that we bought. 4 months & over $600 later, none of the traps Erlich set out caught anything. But the rats are able to get the food off of them without triggering them. In the first consultation they told us our traps wouldn't work because the rats can smell us on them.
