Have used Erlich for 2 of my houses. One was infested with fleas. We set up the year round service and the first treatment cleared up the issue. They came back and sprayed once more inside, and continued to treat the exterior. After the year was over, we decided not to continue exterior treatments and had no issues discontinuing service.

Had this company come to my house 15 years ago to control the bees$100 call today for preventive indoor outdoor cockroach spraying. One-time fee $325 get on the yearly plan $275 plus $60 some dollars every month. Rip off

The Technicians are outstanding! However, ever since the local office number has been discontinued, the overall office service is horrendous. It is a shame as I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years but am seriously thinking of moving my business elsewhere.

Horrible company, don’t come through on obligations. Don’t show up when scheduled. Don’t stand by their services. Techs don’t seem to have a clue when answering questions, constant rate increases.
