I'm living here a few yrs now. For the most part it is a pleasant enough place, but there are things one should be aware of going in. First, who your upstairs, downstairs or side neighbor may be is just a 'toss of the dice'. Pray you will be lucky (as I was w-one exception ). Bc you can hear Everything through the thin walls & ceilings! If someone doesn't like something you do- they may let you know it !
