I’ve been to around 5 different crossfit gyms now… and EHP is the most thorough in coaching, attention to detail, progressions/scaling for all athletes, programming, services offered, and athletes giving it there all, wherever they are at. You guys continue to earn the name “Elevate Human Potential”
Dr Sunde is the the best! I’ve been dealing with low back pain since a high school football injury.
