There are No Sessions for Therapy or Psychologist which what a lot are suffering from...and I am back in the hospital again and since I've lost so much weight I went to value village and for that reason they discharged me it's Insane...DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR MOTTO THAT THEY WORK, PLAY ON TREATY 6 AND 7 LAND ITSA TOTAL LIE. Red deer recovery is a special place. If you want to recover from addiction of any type this is the place to go .staff ,consoulers, and support s are of the best .they are good at what they do .
A very spacious and comfortable facility with good food. Admissions and Support staff always treated me with respect and were very accomadating. My first two counsellors were wonderful, trying to help me grow while being very supportive of my needs. My third counsellor and his ridiculous hat..meh. All and all, this place and people in it pulled me out of the darkness and back into the light. For that i will always be grateful.
This place was amazing and very transformative for me. I walked in broken and graduated 6 1/2 months later a new and better, more authentic person. The staff are wonderful and care so much about the clients and it felt very genuine for me. I would highly recommend this place for anyone with substance addictions.
What can you say about a community that gave us a couple of years with our recently departed Kelly. We have been here since the doors opened and Kel was the 2nd person to be accepted in this program. There is always a learning curve and grievances when any new place opens ...this center is my favorite one out of the many we have been to as a family.
