EHN Nanaimo changed my life. From the day I checked in Oct 1 ,2025 till I left Dec 3,2025 my stay was like I was in heaven. The CTAP counsellors Kaitlyn PETERSON, Nick Abraham, Mohammed SHABI, Glen ROWE and clinical Director Joel HUGHES who I dealt with as a client , cared for me as if I was their family member. Alrighty then. My name is Prescott and i went to edgewood in December until Feb 2026 and my experience there was fantastic. Met alot of good people and the councilors were great to deal with. The program does work if you put the work into it and continue what you've learnt there. I will not return as a patient but as a visitor someday. Give it a couple years maybe
Edgewood saved my life. I made deep connections friends here that I’ll have for the rest of my life. I’ve never grown so much as a person in such a short period of time. And the food was amazing (except the jambalaya and the seafood linguine haha, everything else was perfect and I miss the salad bar). Appreciate yall so so much ❤️
The people there didn’t treat me well. They weren’t respectful when I talked about trying to get help, and it felt like they just assumed I didn’t actually want it. The environment came across as really toxic and manipulative. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.
