I’m so grateful to have found Dr Ehmer. He is such a wonderful physician and is so patient and caring. He performed my deviated septum surgery and made me feel at ease right from the start. I can’t tell you how grateful I was just before the surgery to have his calm optimistic outlook when I felt a bit nervous, assuring me it would all be ok. Dr. Ehmer performed multiple surgeries on each of my three sons. During our consultation, he was friendly and personable. However, that was the only time we saw that side of him. We never heard any follow-up from the practice or Dr. Ehmer after having 3 kiddos undergo surgery on the same day. We had to call the doctors after hours line the night of surgery when one of my sons was vomiting blood, and the on-call doctor was very dismissive of my concerns. Don’t bother. They are about a month out from seeing anyone. Also they won’t return any calls.
Dr Dale is awesome!
Our 5 year old daughter sees Dr. Ehmer and we have been very happy with his care. She had her tonsils and adenoids removed and has been healing wonderfully. The nurses and admin team at Centennial Baylor where her surgery was completed were FANTASTIC! Unfortunately the front office staff at the Frisco office however could be a bit more customer service friendly.
