Great ambiance, very accommodating staff
I called to get their structural engineer out to check the foundation on our 1920s home we just bought. The man I spoke with was very nice and told me that generally it would cost an hourly rate and could be upwards of 500$ but because it would take him less than half an hour it would only cost me 100$ (the charge for the hour) plus a 25$ fee to get a copy of the inspection report, and he'd give me the deal since it was a quick visual inspection that wouldn't take him any time at all.
