They could actually pay the sub contractors they hire. My company performed work for ECI and 4.5 years later they have still not paid. After speaking with Tom Ehline he promised he would pay but asked to go on a payment plan. Well 4.5 years later the roughly $6,700 outstanding balance is now over $10,000 after finance charges and Tom chooses to pretend we don't exist and probably assumes we will just forget about it. I love the work Tom And his team did for my house .. He remodeled my kitchen , bathroom and added a dinning room . I absolutely love coming home
