Overpriced and underskilled and also happy to break the law. Caveat emptor with these guys. Your response below makes it even worse as the switchboard was upgraded and then signed off as safe and compliant by Energex months prior to your attendance. So knowing the switchboard was compliant and safe and that the owner group did not approve or want the work done you still proceeded to replace the whole thing.
