I had a friend who works for an insurance company in claims look over their write up of my diminished value.. He basically said the write up was pretty bogus- and that they took numbers out of thin air. I paid 3-400$ for a diminished value write up that did nothing for me. The only reason i gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because it was written in a professional tone.

I was hit by someone texting and driving. I had a hard to find car so my value was hard to find. Their insurance was trying to screw with me and it would have been financially devastating to our family. We called to get them involved and they were able to raise to payout by many thousands above first offer. We have referred all of our friends who are in accidents to get help. Insurance companies are awful to deal with and you feel helpless. They went above and beyond expectations.
