As far as ER dept goes, this is no diff from most ERs. The chaos, the traffic, the wait, etc. were to be expected. Despite the long wait and being overcrowded, I was treated very well here. The staff were all kind and compassionate. I got the answers I needed for my concerns. FOR THOSE WHO COMPLAINED ABOUT WAITING LONG, IT’S AN EMERGENCY ROOM! Horrible experience. If they know what your problem is, they won’t tell you if they can actually do something until HOURS after. The people in the front are rude to patients and you hear them talking badly. The doctor that attended me didn’t really help. Said that its only for emergencies, yet they couldn’t have told me this in the beginning. Didn’t help or tell me what are some things I can do for my pain.
