As a professional, doing a simple task of setting up a follow up appointment for a patient, I was yelled at and was spoken to rudely by the front desk employee. It does not build trust regarding the way the patients are treated. I hope the physicians give more care and compassion than their front desk staff does.
My experiences with this doctor are disappointing and frustrating. Rather than listening to my concerns or considering a holistic approach, his focus seems solely focused on prescribing supplements and medications and/or running unnecessary tests, as if as many CPT codes as he can get is how he accumulates wealth. His approach is dismissive, impersonal, and not aligned with quality patient care.
