The first time I brought my car in to this shop was because my wife was worried that the brakes were going out. They looked at the car, told me the brakes were fine and didn't charge me anything for looking at it. They could've told me anything and I could have left with a hefty bill. Tried to sell me a new transmission when I just needed a timing chain at 1/4 the cost. Won't ever go back.
I asked them to cut my rotors (I took them off the car for them) and they wanted to charge me $25-$30 per rotor. That's a rip off. Every other place charges about $10. Then on another visit they rolled my car onto the lift and ran over their air chock which destroyed their tool plus took a chunk out of my tire and they didn't say anything. They were supposed to rotate my tires and check air etc. I checked my pressures and not one was 36 like the car spec sheet stated. All were 5-10 lbs. more!! Great service. Looks out for the customer and there wallet. Reminds me of walking into a car shop in the country where they remember you and give you the best deal possible and reward loyalty. There are plenty of places with better deals but have no customer service or try to overcharge or make stuff up. So I gladly pay a little more for better service.
