Eric came to my house to install a full house scent system. He made some connections with an outlet and a relay. Only problem is it only worked if my thermostat was set to fan on constantly. It was supposed to turn on the scent machine whe the furnace/a/c fan turned on. I advised him of this not working as he promised within a couple hours of him leaving. He said he would come back or send an associate to fix the issue. That was over a month ago. He never returned, and the cherry on top, he blocked me from calling or texting... read more
