The staff is courteous, professional. Claudia (medical assistant) is excellent - she follows up, returned my calls in a timely manner. Dr. Bashir is excellent, professional, courteous, listens and explains well. I had 5 visits in a 6 week period with this provider group and all were positive experiences. I would recommend this facility for cardiac care.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bashir's for about five years. He diagnosed and operated on a heart issue which my previous cardiologist had missed. In the time I have been a patient of his, he has always been professional, courtesy and accessible. In addition, he does not rush me in the exam room and makes the exam more of a friendly conversation and not an exam. Thank you, Dr. Bashir. Well done!
The staff are very nice. Dr. Israel Henriquez is not only an excellent heart specialist but he takes the time to listen to your concerns and treats you like a human being. Dr. Henriquez is a very, very kind Dr. and a very nice gentleman. He is in my opinion at the top of his profession.
So far, I'm okay with the doctor, but I highly question the staff. They may seem nice and caring, but behind closed doors, they talk about you and wager bets. I felt really bad when the tech told me they all made a bet I couldn't do it. I would not have felt as bad if he didn't open his mouth and say that. I went and sat out in the waiting room and cried. I go through so much dealing with this cancer and all the complications from it already, and that just made me feel a lot worse, and made my depression so much worse.
