To put things mildly I'm a little pissed off. It's another classic. Example of a website says we have it but we don't actually have it. I came in looking for a adapter that would go from a 3/8 male down to a 1/4-in female. I got a very expensive air tool I'm trying to utilize so I can get my car running. Going downhill fast lived in Bucyrus for 5 years now and when I first moved here the service was great. I was able to at least schedule to get something fixed. Now over the past 2 years every time I call I’m told we’re not taking anything to fix right now. I walked in and waited for 10 min at the service desk. Then had to call out for someone in the back.
