Cute and comfortable place to stay with a nostalgic feel. Available for last minute reservations with easy check-in and checkouts. Great staff, live music on weekends, splash pad for cooling off, and complimentary drip coffee in the mornings. Will definitely stay here again.
Don't be handicap and try and park here. The one handicap spot is blocked by a trailer. As a handicap person I find this insulting and is also against the law. Ok room for the price but the shower was disgusting. Will not be back.
The hotel stay was great, but they double charged us (we paid via Priceline and they charged us at the hotel, too) and won't admit it. It is impossible to reach the general manager Arely - we left many voicemails and were ignored. We tried to go through Best Western Corporate on a 3 way call and they still refused to fix their mistake. I ended up opening a dispute with my bank as the last resort. This feels like a really scammy behavior - especially taking into account previous reviews about payment issues.
