The rooms were very cool and fun, the bed was comfortable. The room was super well priced (they make their money on the drinks and food, I imagine, which were also great) not a place for family stays, the music went until 11. It was super fun to have drinks, food, dancing, all at the place you're staying

I recently stayed at Egyptian Hotel, and I left impressed. The décor is tasteful and thoughtfully done—it created an immediate sense of warmth and coziness the moment I walked in. Came into to town for a concert at the Van Buren and was pleasantly surprised. Grounds were clean and well attended. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Dined at the on site restaurant (reservations recommended) and enjoyed it thoroughly. Food was excellent and the cocktails were top notch. Grabbed a coffee and a breakfast sandwich before checking out and that too was a delight. Going to make this place my go-to next time I'm in town for a show. Cant praise this place enough.
