If I could give a negative star review I would, my company inherited this company from Net Pulse, since then I can get no support for any of my members issue. Steer clear of this company!!!!
The worst customer services ever. I travel a lot and when at home I use the EGYM at the local Y. I have spend two weeks trying to reach someone at customer service to find out about other facilities equipped with EGYM to no avail. What a shame that a good concept can become matured in mismanagement.
