It’s hard to believe that I’ve been a member of Apex Physical Therapy and Wellness Center for over a year now. I love that “going to the gym” has become a part of my life. “I’ve had an amazing experience at Apex Gym! Lucas has been an incredible trainer—he took the time to create a personalized exercise program that perfectly fits my goals and lifestyle. This has created more accountability and motivation for me to stay consistent with my workouts. The atmosphere at the gym is super supportive, the staff is friendly, and I truly feel motivated every time I go. I highly recommend Apex to anyone looking for a gym!

Great place to work out at your own pace and track your results. Everyone working here is always helpful and positive. Electronic machines will give you a full body workout in about 30 minutes. If you want more, do more. Always clean and bright. My health has been greatly improved since I started going here.

Awesome gym! The facility is beautiful. The staff are personable, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. The fitness classes are a must! I always leave feeling my time was well spent!
