I had a home built with this company. Although there have been no major construction issues, I cannot say my neighbors have had the same experience. Neighbors have moved in only to have the entirety of their plumbing replaced, due to major leaks in the home. They almost entirely use subcontractors to do the work, and our street alone, they do not provide access to the residents to their homes while construction is ongoing.
