Absolutely best service. Bev, Rick & the entire team is amazing. Worked with them to replace our furnaces and and a new AC unit. Rick is great to deal with, gave me all the right advices, and was awesome at maintaning the timelines. The installation team was highly professional and did a terrific job. I highly recommend these guys for your furnace and AC needs. I just got them to install a rangehood as well and they have done with 24hr notice. We will definitely be using them in the future.

When our Lennox air heat pump iced up, I phoned EGS and was relieved to speak to someone "live" and not leave a message. Turns out that Beverly runs the roost at EGS and does a fine job of keeping customers informed, either via email or the phone. Rick showed up on time for each visit and took time to explain the problem and solution. The invoice was bearable, too! Highly recommended. We will be using their service again.
Haven't used this company yet but can guarantee I will as I've heard nothing but good things after a terrible experience with Uxbridge Heating and cooling.
Bev and Rick at EGS gave us a great customer experience. We contacted them for a quote to compare against an HVAC from Newmarket. They were easier to talk to, came in $600 cheaper for a furnace replacement and put us at ease after our first conversation. They went above and beyond to rush our replacement and the work was excellent. Darryl
