I had a wonderful gentleman named Allan do some work at my home. He worked fast and efficiently, he also cleared up after. I mentioned to him that my balcony door was letting in water, the cold in the winter and that the outside noise was unbearable. Peabody my landlord could not fix this on many occasions, Allan who had worked with these doors made me an happy lady because he fixed the door for me the same job Peabody couldn't fix. I was visited by a gentleman today to repair the aftermath of a leak in my living room floor.. Now where do I begin? Respectful, cheerful, well mannered, presentable...and the list goes on.. And the job he did on my floor was impeccable Big shout out to Alan, you did an amazing job..Thank you so much.. To EGS if all your employees are like this gentleman, then hats off to you!
Sadly after using this company for several years I received appalling customer service whereby a plumber visited my property several times and did not correctly fix a leak. Then a director from the company rudely and abruptly hung up on a phone call. Extremely disappointing.
Alan is an excellent and experienced window fitter, he also has excellent customer service and always willing to go the extra mile.
