Torben was very helpful with the initial sale and details I needed for my egress project. John and team came in and did a fantastic job installing the window and answering any onsite questions. The communication in between our agreement and install was awful which led to more work on John and team’s end. Overall happy with the outcome. County approved and we are on to the next steps of our home project!

Torben and his crew worked diligently to create a new window in our basement and turn a room into a usable bedroom. The window is great and EgressPros were great to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to add light and an egress in a basement!
