I had a friend recommend this business, and had them install four basement glass block windows the day after we closed on our current house (2012). They had measured a week beforehand and the installation went off without a hitch. They even knocked off $90 for me doing the demo/prep myself. Windows are tight and dry, a big improvement to what was there for the first 104 years.
No Experts Here!!! Owner Kent Klescewski installed 2 egress windows in our basement. Not only did he build the wells too small (not to code) which he begrudgingly fixed, but during our framing inspection I found out that the egress window in the basement stairway needed to be tempered glass. Now he won't even return calls or emails. Out $400 for the new window....F
