Tom and his team are just fantastic people to deal with. The ducted heating and air conditioning system works perfectly. They were always on time and nothing was too much trouble. Tess was especially helpful setting up the phone app, so we can turn the units on remotely. After dealing with some horrible tradies in Melbourne, this company was a breath of fresh air.
