I took my truck here for Transmission service in November 2025 on my third trip after my transmission service was completed by EGR. I had a high temp on my transmission. I dropped the pan and noticed that the amount of fluid that came out was not the amount of fluid I put back in. It’s my fault for not checking fluid levels, but it is also their responsibility to fill the fluid level correctly when engine is warmed up. Lesson learned but I’m not confident about this place.
