If you have hEDS/HSD I would not recommend Egoscue. Though my trainer tried hard to help, they do not have the training for hypermobility issues. They also do not address asymmetry. This was the case with both the NY & Del Mar locations.. Do your due diligence if you have these conditions. I actually got worse I would recommend taking a look at Cpaynetraining.

I had a great experience at Egoscue of Westchester. After some simple images were taken of my posture, the software program identifies areas of misalignment or imbalance. Greg explained everything in a simple way that was easy to understand. We went through the recommended stretches and movements based on my results and I was presented with a very simple daily routine to incorporate into my schedule. After years of feeling pain, feeling "off" and trying everything possible to find comfort. Cindy was able to correct my issues over two session, and give me daily exercises to help improve my posture and I have felt a big difference, so grateful.
