I've been seeing Michael for several months now and am very happy with the results! I've seen many doctors and PTs over the years & I'm glad I made the switch to egoscue. Michael really paid attention to my foundational posture issues and has created a sequence of corrective exercises that gives me noticeable results, in a way that pt never did.
I have done a 8 session program with Michael for chronic back and hip pain. I was an active squash player, but was losing my ability to compete due to pain and tightness.I couldn't sit for more than 15 mins at a time. In only 3 sessions I was feeling like a new person. I set a goal to compete in a squash tournament while doing the sessions and despite being seeded 15th, won the tournament and played the best I had in 15 years. GREAT PROGRAM< GREAT TEAM!
Jon is so knowledgeable and patient. He listened to my goals and concerns and gave me a targeted personalized plan to achieve it. In fact the exercises he gave me today actually made me feel taller in a natural and uncompromising way after this one session. Egoscue of NYC changed my life! After injuring my back (herniated disc), I found Egoscue online and worked with Erica Susanto for several months. I had already completed two rounds of physical therapy in person in my hometown, but they didn't help much. Michael Mantone brought me back to life! I have been in chronic pain with numerous setbacks along the way for the past 12 years. This was due to a back injury, which came out of left field.
