Rob is truly an expert in his field. There is no one that comes close to his abilities in helping us improve our posture, strength and balance. We highly recommend This program. We stand much stronger and have much better balance overall throughout the day.
Rob is an excellent coach and worth the investment. He focuses on your specific needs from years of bad posture and works on building the small muscles. Easy to understand and very quick results. In the end it’s up to you to carry out his program but the methods are sound!
I love my Egoscue workouts and what I have learned from Rob Boyko about posture and exercise. The programs are fun to follow and the instructions make it easy. I was already flexible, but I found that Egoscue program has really helped me with some areas that were getting stiff with age.
I highly recommend Rob Boyko and the Boston Egoscue clinic. Even working via Zoom with 14 hour time difference between Boston and Canberra, Rob was super generous with his time, offering extra sessions and was prepared to work flexibly with given the time difference. I've been working with Rob for a couple of months and have had major improvements in my posture, and much less pain. Rob is always friendly, takes his time, and never makes me feel rushed. Highly recommend!
