At 75, I needed to take my balance and alignment very seriously. I came to Egoscue with debilitating lower back pain and shoulder pain (all of which made it hard to move, play, or get comfortable), stemming from being a mom of 4, with two little ones. I am always holding one of them, so it makes sense pain, stiffness, and an uneven frame would develop. Rob is awesome! He teaches and shows the Egoscue method so well. This method works if you are consistent and put in the work. Please do it, your body will thank you! My husband and I are regular members and practice it daily. It’s so worth it if you want proper alignment and structure. And lots of pain and issues start to fade away. Go see Rob!
