Was window shopping during pride fest and found a cute matching set. I bought it and not wanting to carry it during the fest I asked if I could leave it there and pick it up later that week. Lawrence helped me and even remembered me when I came back a few days later to pick it up. Great shop and awesome customer service.
I had a great experience shopping at Egoist! The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to browse. Lawrence was super friendly and helpful as he took the time to understand my preferences and suggested pieces that fit both my taste and body type. He also pointed out some great sale items which I appreciated. It’s also really nice having a local gay store like this in the area 😄
Great store, good selection of products, bit pricey but worth it for the quality. I was helped by Lawrence and he was excellent. He knew the brand, understood how sizing has changed with different collections, and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for without trying to upsell me. I tend to shop online but will definitely be coming back to the store instead because of him. Keep up the great work!
