My experience was very pleasant! The place is clean and they are well informed on products and procedures.
*edit* I hated to resort to editiing a review but I feel like I have to. If you need flexibility this is not a spa to come to. I realize that it's at the waterfront in Scottsdale and I'm sure many of those people don't have life emergencies that come up that cause you have to reschedule. But I don't find in mid day Thursday being too late to reschedule a Saturday afternoon appointment. It was my first time going to Ego Beauty Bar for micro needling and I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend them. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and professional. (Breanne) was the young lady who helped assist me she was so polite and professional. She explained everything to me and was really patient. I will definitely be coming back again!
I used a Groupon to come in for a facial and chemical peel. I came out a member! Really impressed with the facial/peel and all other treatments they can provide. Service was top tier from everyone. I found a home to keep my skin in tip top shape and keep the wrinkles and sagging away.
Great experience today getting microneedling with HA by Brianna. She is so pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend!!!
