since the Gilbert location will not refund AND lies about me knowing they charged me, i am giving them another zero star review. WHY WOULD YOU CHARGE me $160 WITHOUT my consent???!! not only you did that, but that was for a FIX that your injectable crue did which was bad to begin with. How dare you ??! refund it ASAP. Been here several times for microneedling. Each times, small staff has been very courteous & professional. The space is elegant, clean & feels very high end. I definitely recommend them & will be going back.

I love going to Ego Medical and would highly recommend them. I have been going for a while getting microneedling facials and have a great experience each time. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and professional.
