I have been with them for 8 years and have been extremely satisfied.
The worst sales service ever. Do not sign a contract with these guys as they really don't care about the service aspects to the clients. Although I was not available by phone, his email communication was unclear and now we are stuck in a contract without a trial period. Noel from the sales team just told me that $300 is not a big deal for this client. Seriously. Is this how sales view startup companies? Is this a company that views small clients for 30 people not worth the time and support?
First off I don't have a company or anything I don't have a business but I got to sign up for a business have to make a business email I don't get it but anyway here I am maybe I'll change the poor all upgraded when I find out what the heck I'm doing here
I have tried to make contact via email to ask for support of the issue of setting up a trial on my Mac but can't get any further than an error message saying I need to address an issue of the Proxy and firewall. This is from last Wednesday/Thursday.
