After having a terrible experience with a "big company", and dodging a bullet on their numbers and quotes we were given EGMS as a recommendation by AO Smith company helpline. Sean Frye was the technician we had. Initial call was pretty clear from Teresa on what to expect. Teresa is the best Operations Manager. Always get an immediate call back. I had the pleasure of having Sean as my tech again. One of the most competent in the industry. Honest, proficient, and personable beyond. Eric (owner) needs to give this incredible winner a raise! This is the ONLY water heater installation and repair place to go in Colorado….period!
