Open Monday-Friday, and every other Saturday. This is the office of Dr. A.M. Alexander and Dr. Gerald Chaban. We are a family doctor. Our office is located at Dufferin and Eglinton. We are located on the second floor. We have an access doors at Dufferin, and inside Shoppers Drug Mart (beside Canada Post). We are NOT a Walk-In Clinic.

I do not recommend. The appointment with the doctor was scheduled for 2 rm, sat in the reception area for an hour. Asked to reschedule me for another day. Came the next day, and they offered to make an appointment in 2 weeks. You need to have healthy nerves and preferably not be sick to come here. the receptionist with a stone face, she probably doesn't like people very much, let her change her job then. she did everything so that I would never come here again. all patients deserve attention and respect. the doctor should ch... read more
I have been a patient of doctors Alexander since my son was 5 or 6 years. My son is now 33. After the pandemic I call to make an appointmen to see the doctor and was told he was not working anymore. To my surprise I just Google his name. To see he is still working. How can you abandon your patients of 20 years. When there is a shortage of family doctor's. I honestly thought that he was a good doctor. I don't think that's very ethical .
Ill give this review a 5 star. Dr alex is amazing. Gives his patients the best treatment they need. Checks them detail without any rush. Long wait is understandable bcuz the doctor wants to give their patients the best experience on giving a solution on their health problems.
