I mean I have no words to explain how atrocious this surgery is from receptionist, to the nurse to the GPs.
Doctors at this practice very attentive have had no problem getting phone or face to face appointments or referral to hospital clinics if required , reception staff very friendly and efficient.
The first GP practice I've had that was so bad that I moved to a new flat so I could get a new GP. Truly awful.
