Excellent customer service! They took great care of my dog the same day and even followed up the next day to check on him and gave him post care service. The veterinarian provided attentive, professional care and clearly knows what he’s doing. Highly qualified and highly recommended!
Took my cat Churro to Eglinton Mavis Veterinary Hospital for his neutering, and I couldn't be happier with the care he received! The staff were professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Churro was well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic!
This clinic takes advantage of children bringing in their pets alone. The staff is extremely aggressive and refuses to let you stay in the room with your pet. They cut my cat's claws without consent, causing them to bleed (see attached photo). They also perform tests without confirming the costs beforehand, only to present an outrageous bill afterward. The vet deliberately chooses not to speak in English, seemingly to confuse or intimidate my sister during the visit.
I cannot thank the clinic enough for the incredible care they gave to my dog during her recent bladder stone surgery. From the very first consultation, the entire team was compassionate, patient, and extremely thorough in explaining the procedure and what to expect. They made sure I felt informed and reassured every step of the way. 1000000% support this clinic, they have helped me through the hardest time in my life when multiple medical emergencies came up at the same time for my 2 dogs and cat. They not only gave me so much information regarding my options and things that can help for long term care but they help me with pricing and helped my dog with epilepsy get the care and treatment that he needed by properly figuring out a plan and better solutions than other vets.
