Came in for what turned out to be nothing serious, but the vet pushed the idea that our pet was very ill and gave unnecessary shots. A second opinion confirmed no real issue. Felt more like upselling than genuine care for the animal. Really disappointing when all you want is a vet who puts pets first. Others should be cautious.
Great vet clinic was able to get an appointment quickly. The staff are very friendly and great with dogs. My dog doesn’t usually warm up to men quickly but loved the vet right away. Got the senior blood panel results next day with a detailed phone call and explanation. Prices were very reasonable for Toronto.
The doctor and staff were very welcoming and pleasant. I was able to book a same-day appointment for my cat, and she’s doing very well now. Thank you.
