The staff at this clinic demonstrate a significant lack of professionalism and need to be retrained immediately. I recently planned a trip across the border, which requires a CDC form, microchip verification, and up to date vaccination certifications. My dog was microchipped at this veterinary hospital by my breeder. I contacted the vet to request the microchip certification be emailed to me.
