It is hard to believe but Eglin AFB Pharmacy just got worse. If you call the 8000 number to check on the status of your prescription you now are rerouted to the appointment desk -- not to the pharmacy. When I ask to check on the status of my medication at the satellite pharmacy to pick it up I had to provide my 20 medications one at a time for the appointment clerk to provide me the status of my refills.
