One of the worst on base gyms I have been too. The staff are unfriendly and the rules don’t make any sense. I do my squats without shoes, because it feels more natural. But the staff get angry when you don’t have any shoes on. It’s a joke of a gym.
Great gym. The freeweights (main) area is now open. But all the other rooms are still closed
Kept too warm. Great equipment. However, if you want to do cardio it will be too humid an hot to actually do any cardio.
Excellent! Upgrades are really super! Center is clean and welcomimg with a friendly staff! The Director and her team has done a great job considering so many projects happening at once! I love this place!
