Extremely disappointing experience. My nails were done very poorly , they were unnecessarily thick, uneven, and looked nothing like what I asked for. The quality was honestly unacceptable for a professional nail salon. On top of that, the lady who did my nails was very rude and impatient. When I tried to explain what I wanted or asked for adjustments, I was made to feel uncomfortable and rushed. Customer service matters just as much as skill, and this place failed on both.
